Business Studies graduate from the University of Almería, specialising in digital marketing for the last 10 years. I have lived in Mojácar since I was 3, since 1988. I know every street, every beach, every restaurant.
I deliberately manage a small portfolio of properties. I'd rather have 8 well-looked-after apartments than 50 done halfway. Every guest has my direct phone number and every property owner knows their home is in good hands.

No commissions
Booking charges 15-20% commission. By booking direct, that saving is shared: better price for you, more income for the owner.
Real local knowledge
I don't give you Google recommendations. I tell you where I eat, which coves aren't in the guides and when to avoid certain beaches because of the wind.
