We respond to messages, manage the calendar, handle check-in and check-out, coordinate cleaning and resolve any issues.

You receive 80% of every booking

Payments from Booking and Airbnb go directly to your account. We invoice our 20% commission separately. Full transparency.

How much does the management service cost?
We charge 20% on income received from Booking and Airbnb. No bookings, no cost. You only earn.
Can I block dates for personal use?
Absolutely. We adapt to your needs. If you want to use your apartment in August or any other date, just let us know and we block the calendar.
What does full management include?
Everything: professional photography, listing on Booking and Airbnb, reservation and calendar management, guest communication, check-in and check-out, professional cleaning between stays, basic maintenance and incident management.
Do I need a tourist licence?
Yes, it is mandatory in Andalusia. If you do not have one, we guide you through the entire application process with the Junta de Andalucía. It is a straightforward procedure.
How much can I earn from my apartment?
It depends on location, season and apartment features. A 2-bedroom apartment in Mojácar Playa can generate between €12,000 and €20,000 per year. We provide a personalised estimate at no obligation.
How many properties do you manage?
We currently manage 8 properties. We deliberately keep a small portfolio to offer a personalised, fully dedicated service. We are not a mass management company, we are your neighbour in Mojácar.
