You can book through our contact form or send us a WhatsApp message. After confirming availability, we will send you the payment details. We do not charge booking fees.
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days, 50% is refunded. Less than 15 days, no refund is available except in cases of force majeure.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. If you need a different time, contact us and we will try to accommodate.
It depends on the property. Check each property listing to see if pets are accepted. If so, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
The price includes bed linen, towels, water, electricity, air conditioning, WiFi and access to all listed facilities. The final cleaning fee is charged separately and is shown in the pricing.
All our properties are in Mojacar, which has supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and other services within easy reach. You can find distances on each property page.
The nearest airport is Almeria (LEI), about 45 minutes by car. You can also arrive from Murcia airport (RMU) in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. We recommend renting a car.
We do not provide transfers directly, but we can recommend trusted taxi or transfer services in the area. Contact us and we will give you options.
